What are the characteristics of a perfect employee?
  • They’re never late.
  • They never ask for a raise.
  • They miss all breaks, (including smoke breaks.)
  • They never take any vacation or sick days.
  • They will work 24/7.

    • Also:

  • They wouldn’t need costly health care coverage.
  • They wouldn’t need much supervision.
  • You could cut back on staff, no HR people, trainers, supervisors etc.
  • You wouldn’t have to listen to the wining and complaining.

    • Who wouldn't want this?

    If you had one like the one we just mentioned, things wouldn’t be so bad. But they are bad. Plants are closing down all over and people are losing jobs. The cost of running a “Bricks and Mortar” business is getting out of control. If you work at one, you know what I’m talking about.

    Now, if you had your own online small business, you could cut a lot of the over head costs. Things would be alright. Each page of your website could be like a worker. The more you have working for you the better off you will be.

    Sure, all this sounds good. Well maybe you need some answers to your questions. Or you just need more information from an employee.
